Why MiT: Studying computer science in high school felt isolating because there was so little representation around me. MiT has become one of those rare spaces in tech where I don't feel defined by my identities, yet they're still seen and valued. The people I've met here have become some of the most important in my life, and I know they see me as a whole person, not just a set of labels.
